Time Warner Cable - Graded F for Customer Support

I used to have a TWC high speed Internet account. I tried shutting this service off in December and thought I was successful. Oddly enough, I received a bill in my email today for January. The email directed me to log onto my account and provided a link.

I followed the link and tried to log on. I received an error message saying that I need to call customer support. No phone number was provided. Naturally, I went to an old print copy of a bill to find the contact number. I dialed the number given and, when I finally spoke to an agent, was told that I need to dial a new number for business account help.

Here is the kicker. The business account support phone number given to me appears nowhere on my business account bill! How does this make any sense?

Time Warner has just wasted 20 minutes of my day.

Fuck you too, Time Warner.
